Our firm has a partnership with an experienced, client-focused back office support team. We operate from the core belief that our time is best spent working directly with you and your family to achieve your important financial planning goals. This partnership gives us the ability to more efficiently handle much of our daily administrative workload. As your financial advisors, we believe that delegating some of these essential tasks allows us to focus on our true skill sets and purpose.
We appreciate having a single point of contact for all administrative activities with the vendors or custodians that our firm and our clients choose to use. While we, as your advisors, continue to supervise and direct those tasks, we are not burdened with the actual execution of those activities. This allows us to focus on delivering the best possible overall service to you.
This back office relationship brings leverage to our firm and to our clients. We are aligned with many other like-minded independent advisors who also utilize these back office services. This creates several benefits for us and our clients:
- A high level of dedicated custodian and vendor service. We are able to work with select custodian and vendor service teams who are dedicated to our relationship, rather than those providing service assistance to many other firms. This typically allows us faster and more efficient solutions for our clients.
- A large, experienced service and support team. We have direct access to a veteran team of service and investment specialists. We are plugged into a team of over 25 people to assist our clients.
- Business continuity. Our firm is part of a large independent advisor network which is available to help in times of crisis and/or serve as a resource to us and our clients.
- Ability to manage costs. We are better able to control our cost of doing business. By establishing a consistent cost for many of our business expenditures, we have more control over these operating expenses.
As always, please feel free to contact us with any questions.
